Richard Lemon

Richard Lemon has written and edited for The New Yorker, Newsweek, Saturday Evening Post, The NY Daily News Magazine (Editor), People and Entertainment Weekly. Born in Providence RI and a member of the Yale Class of 1952 (for which he has been active 55 years), he won the NY Newspaper Guild's Page One Award for Feature Writing in 1976, has been on his town's elected and appointed boards for 37 years, and published one novel in 1987. Lemon is now publishing his many single-poem children's books, collections of children's poems, two books of memoirs, and nine novels.
