Nanette Fynan

Nanette Fynan has lived adventure, books, kids and bagpipe music. She grew up in the wilds of the Pacific Northwest, reading, camping, hiking, riding horseback, roaming the beaches. Her sons were homeschooled (which was an adventure in itself) and she put time in chauffeuring her sons to music camps and Scottish Highland games throughout the USA and Canada. All these experiences and more, including working with horses, and working as a research scientist, both in hospitals and in plant bioengineering, have given her much to write about. When not writing, she spends her time as band manager and fiddler, website designer and music teacher for the Celtic band, Plaid Menagerie
